The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. No exceptions.

What Payment options do you have available?
I accept Cash, Check, or Credit Card with a 5% fee. Returned Checks for any reason will incur an additional $25.00 fee and your entire payment must be given in Cash. This must be paid before I will start editing your portraits. After 30 days of non-payment, I will delete the portraits and our business will be completed.
How long will it be until I receive my portraits?
Generally for a session it will take 1-2 weeks to receive your portraits back. There are some exceptions to this, and you will be notified.
How will I receive my completed portraits?
I deliver my portraits online with a print release. You can request a flash drive, but I charge $10.00 for this and you must pick it up from my home to receive it.
Can I add a specific pose, special item, or outfit to my session?
For my mini sessions, I have all the poses chosen and timed our for your mini session already. This is a MINI SESSION so outfit changes, special poses, or adding things to your session is not possible. If this is something you would like you may want to check out my regular packages on my pricing page.
What if I am unable to come to my appointment?
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment for any reason, contact me to reschedule. If there any mini session slots available I can move your session. If there are none available, you will lose your spot.
Mini Sessions are completed on specific days that I have blocked off so that my regular sessions are not impacted. There is a lot of planning involved so I cannot do the sessions on another day that is not in the plan.
Please remember the retainer fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. No exceptions.
